Please at least agree on what "natural " entails......my suggestions for inclusion would mandate:

1.grapes must be harvested from a biodynamically run vineyard
2. no commercial yeasts or enzymes for fermentations
3. no additions or additives as well as sugar(in any form)
4. no SO2 at any level of the process-fermentation,elevage, bottling
5. aging in concrete, steel, or ancient wood casks/foudres(preferably neutral steel or concrete)
6. no residual sugar
7. no fining agents or filtration

that is a "natural' wine....unfortunately it can't be drunk outside of 5-10 KMs of the place of origin, and must be sequestered in a cold cellar....if anyone can tell where to find such a wine please speak up.... as this could be the hottest wine category and fastest way to make a fortune since Bernie Madoff was a "sure" thing......
